Rob started out with a British Gas 3-year apprenticeship programme in 1988. This was an excellent training programme that included college based study and working in the field alongside a qualified gas engineer.

 

This was a comprehensive grounding and exposed him to lots of different boilers, systems, faults and situations. British Gas provides the benchmark training programme recognised within the industry.

 

Rob worked within British Gas for a number of years and then moved to a local firm.

Rob completes ACS update training every 5 years to ensure that he has the latest current specialist knowledge. Boilers are developing with technological advances all the time so Rob also attends manufacturer training courses as required.

Rob aims to provide a friendly, reliable and competent service. He is highly skilled at fault diagnosis, built on 29 years of industry experience.
